Propuesta de modelo matemático para la optimización de procesos de producción y el bienestar en la industria manufacturera considerando variables ergonómicas basado en la NTC 5693-3

This research article proposes a mathematical model based on NTC 5693-3 that considers ergonomic variables to optimize production processes and their relationship with well-being in manufacturing companies. An empirical methodology was used that included an exhaustive literature review, the identification of relevant ergonomic variables in each ergonomics domain (physical, cognitive and organizational), the selection of measurement tools, and data collection. The results obtained allowed structuring a proposed mathematical model that seeks to predict the relationship between ergonomic variables and production variables. This study provides valuable information on the relationship between welfare and productivity variables, which will allow companies to have a preventive model that will allow them to identify conditions to optimize the health, safety and efficiency of workers and, therefore, increase the profitability of the organization.
