The following work intends to make an approximation of the existing organizational climate in the company CDI AMIGUITOS which is located in the City of Cali, serves as research work considering that the Organizational Climate is considered a factor that reflects the facilities or obstacles that the worker finds to perform in the work context, influences both individual and group behaviors such as: communication, leadership style, teamwork, motivation, staff turnover, job satisfaction, job performance Work, safety, customer satisfaction, quality of service and financial results, that is, affects the ability of the entity to use its technical and human resources.
