Incidencia de los actores empresariales y paramilitares en el conflicto, y sus consecuencias en la justicia transicional

The purpose of this essay is to analyse the impact of business actors and paramilitary groups on the armed conflict and the consequences that this would have on the process of transitional justice in Colombia. Given that Colombia's business sector and its relationship with paramilitarism is little researched in transitional justice processes, it is relatively new. The experience with ordinary criminal justice has not been very satisfactory for the victims, and Law 975 of 2005 was not the best in terms of reparations for the victims of the damage caused by paramilitaries in coordination with the business community.
