Political, economic and social transformations have taken place in Colombian society. Where a marathon work is carried out, to comply with the parameters that establish the legal framework for peace. Analyzing the challenges generated by Transitional Justice focused on the restitution of land, the outstanding dichotomies that generate conflict with the objective of reparation that emanates from Law 1448 of 2011, from a point of view of social transformation, questions the effectiveness of providing comprehensive reparations to victims who, due to the lack of protection of their fundamental rights by the state, have been targets of transgressions by groups outside the law
