dc.description	A partir de la investigación descriptiva se busca comprender las necesidades de un grupo de administradores de microempresas que brindan servicio de restaurante dentro de la ciudad de Cali, se realiza una encuesta para conocer su situación actual referente al registro de sus movimientos diarios y lograr identificar su problemática principal. Para que una microempresa logre mantenerse en el mercado debe conocer su estado financiero actual; lo cual, involucra directamente contar con cifras claras y veraces sobre su stock, ingresos y egresos; este proyecto de investigación tiene por objeto diseñar un sistema de información que se acople a las necesidades de las microempresas que brindan servicio de restaurante, de tal forma que no represente un reto al utilizarse y se evite tener opciones innecesarias para este tipo de microempresas, brindando así, los beneficios de contar con un software hecho a la medida. Adicionalmente, se realiza una investigación contable para consolidar el diseño de las funcionalidades específicas del sistema, en dicha investigación se obtienen las cuentas contables del plan único de cuentas que deben utilizarse cada vez que se realice un ingreso o egreso respectivamente, de igual forma se identifica la forma en que debe calcularse el costo actual de los insumos y materias primas en stock.. El modelo planteado, facilita el control del stock, ingresos y egresos, de una forma amigable sin necesidad de contar con algún conocimiento contable; tiene la particularidad de relacionar cada proceso con una cuenta contable según corresponda, que posteriormente se consolida en informes contables con los que se conocerá cuál es la situación financiera actual de la microempresa.
dc.description.abstract	From a survey we seek to understand the needs of a group of managers of microenterprises that provide restaurant service in the city of Cali, to know their current situation regarding the registration of their daily movements and to identify their main problems. For a microenterprise to be able to stay in the market, it must know its current financial status, which directly involves having clear and accurate figures on its stock, income and expenses; this research project aims to design an information system that fits the needs of microenterprises that provide restaurant service, so that it does not represent a challenge to use and avoid having unnecessary options for this type of microenterprises, thus providing the benefits of having a custom-made software. Additionally, an accounting research is carried out to consolidate the design of the specific functionalities of the system, in this research the accounting accounts of the single chart of accounts that should be used every time an income or expenditure is made respectively are obtained, and the way in which the current cost of inputs and raw materials in stock should be calculated is also identified. The proposed model facilitates the control of stock, income and expenses, in a friendly way without the need for any accounting knowledge; it has the particularity of relating each process with an accounting account as appropriate, which is subsequently consolidated in accounting reports with which the current financial situation of the microenterprise will be known.
