Humanity has shown a preference for discovering and examining its environment, so research methodology has become an indispensable tool to achieve better results when researching a topic, and we want to present agile and truthful deductions. Since with the knowledge the person reflects, questions and enriches the concepts that make up his reality. In addition, the methodology of the research admits that it is possible to define, construct and validate the methods that make possible to obtain new knowledge and since it is a very creative work, it is possible to raise questions to solve. With the methodology you can plan how the investigation will be done and when it is applied in the criminal investigation, it allows to see a clear and objective process, and to obtain and to analyze the data that provide certain sources, that supply the necessary and precise elements that a report explaining the investigation.
