Transitional justice is a group of judicial measures that have been used by some countries in the long run of history, in order to find solutions, some peaceful options other, not to end the internal human rights violation by guerrillas or Terrorist groups in a country, transitional justice through some elements seeks the best way to find peace with the same mechanisms that can be chosen according to the situations and needs of each country.
