Item Estudio de viabilidad para la importación de bocachico en la empresa pesquera Magdalena de la ciudad Santiago de Cali(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Mora Garnica, Dahiana Marcela; Pineda Giraldo, Alejandra; Zapata Toro, Luigy Mauricio; Arango Ospina, Alexandra (Directora)The present research aimed to determine the viability for the import of "bocachico" (a type of fish) to the city of Santiago de Cali for the importing company Pesquera Magdalena, using a deductive method and direct observation to analyze the specific situation of the company. The structure of the work is detailed in twelve chapters, where the first five establish the foundations (problem, objectives, justification, and reference framework). Subsequent chapters focus on the development of the feasibility studies: the Market Study (chapter 6) identified supply and demand; the Technical Study (chapter 7) detailed resources, location, and infrastructure; the Administrative-Legal Study (chapter 8) dealt with import procedures and personnel structure; and the Financial and Economic Study (chapter 9) analyzed profitability and concluded that the project is viable. Finally, chapters 10, 11, and 12 present the conclusions, recommendations, and sources of information consulted.
