The objective of this research was to determine the level of job satisfaction in nursing professionals during the COVID 19 pandemic in the city of Santiago de Cali, 2021-2022. For this purpose, a descriptive research with a quantitative approach was used, where a sample of 76 nursing professionals in the care, educational and administrative areas, who worked during the Covid-19 pandemic, were consulted. The Font Roja Job Satisfaction questionnaire designed by Aranaz and Mira in 1988 was used, in addition to inquiring about sociodemographic aspects and working conditions themselves. It was possible to identify an important level of job satisfaction among the nursing professionals who worked during the pandemic, despite some deficiencies in the working conditions as such, such as hiring and supplies, as well as the perception of fear of contagion, high work demand, which was in turn diminished by adequate interpersonal relationships with bosses and colleagues
