Item Propuesta de Implementación de la metodología Kaizen al Proceso de Distribucion Secundaria de la Empresa Postobon Yumbo(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Yepez Villa, Victor ManuelIn 2017, the Secondary Distribution area of the Postobon Yumbo company, presented non-compliance is its indicator of Complaints and Complaints with a result of 3.79 complaints per thousand deliveries, when the objective set for 2017 was 3 Complaints for each thousand deliveries, this led to a study with the application of the Kaizen methodology using the PHVA tool, which allowed to establish the main reasons and causes that caused the non-compliance of the indicator through the analysis of the information, the analysis allowed to identify the processes of load of fleet in plant and delivery of product to clients as processes directly related to the results, for which a fence exercise was performed and see, which allowed to identify faults in its operation, with the information obtained analysis tools were applied as root cause analysis 5w + 2h, Analysis 5 why ?, which worked as tools to find 5 countermeasures, applied to the process of secondary distribution and improvement of the indicator for the year 2018.
