Item Modelo de negocio del emprendimiento casa arte.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Manzano Álvarez, Isabella; Armando Varón, Jorge; Yaluzan, Eylen Fernanda; Ortega Castañeda, Luz Aleidy; Ortega Castañeda, Luz Aleidy (Directora)The main objective of this work was to design a business model for the "Casa Arte" venture (dedicated to selling hand-painted pictures) that would enable its market positioning, capitalizing on the growth of the art sector in Colombia. The methodology included an external analysis based on the PCI matrix to identify strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, a survey was administered to 100 potential customers, whose results guided the positioning strategies to be implemented, considering the modules of the Business Model Canvas. Finally, direct actions were proposed to mitigate the business idea's shortcomings. The study concluded that the "Casa Arte" proposal has significant acceptance and a clear purchase intention from potential customers, which, based on the sales projections carried out, demonstrates that the business model is economically viable.
