Item Modelo de negocio del emprendimiento casa arte.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Manzano Álvarez, Isabella; Armando Varón, Jorge; Yaluzan, Eylen Fernanda; Ortega Castañeda, Luz AleidyThe present work is developed with the objective of designing a business model for the Casa Arte enterprise that allows its positioning in the market, considering that the enterprise dedicated to the commercialization of hand-painted paintings presents a business opportunity, given the Exponential growth and acceptance of the arts sector in Colombia. Therefore, an external analysis based on the IPC matrix is implemented where the strengths and weaknesses are obtained, as well as a survey of 100 potential clients evidencing the aspects in which positioning strategies should be applied taking into account account the modules of the Business Model Canvas developed. Finally, direct actions are proposed in search of reducing the shortcomings of the business idea, considering that the proposal to get married presents a significant acceptance by potential clients and the purchase intention, taking into account the sales projections made, it is concluded that the business model is economically viable.
