Objectives: Therefore, this degree work is aimed at TAPH staff and aims to identify the birth care protocols in the out-of-hospital setting that exist in Colombia. Methodology: For this scope review article, the PRISMA methodology, Results: although it is true that Colombia currently does not have a specific and exclusive guide on the management of gynecological-obstetric emergencies, there is a guide called “Basic guides for prehospital medical care” in its second edition, issued by the ministry. national health and social protection, in collaboration with the University of Antioquia, which is available to TAPH staff.
