Nursing care provides strategies and comprehensive and humanized care, favoring prenatal control in each of its stages, thus benefiting both the mother and the baby, allowing an adequate development of the pregnancy. The objective of the work was to promote a nursing care plan to favor prenatal control. A scope review was carried out through the electronic databases that was carried out using the prism methodology, through the critical reading of Joanna Briggs, which identified 11 articles divided into four categories: technology based on the care, education based on care, accessibility and continuity of care, which allowed to propose a care plan to favor prenatal control based on the NANDA taxonomy that classified the results through the NOC and interventions through the NIC, which provide care based on scientific evidence with quality care. Conclusion Through the nursing process, a strategy was obtained that favors adherence to prenatal controls, providing standardized care; the systematic literature review provided the necessary elements to propose a care plan based on the quality of life of people
