    Los riesgos psicosociales del trabajo en casa en el confinamiento del covid -19

    This article brings the reader closer to knowing aspects to which the individual is exposed or at risk of a psychosocial nature due to the confinement of Covid-19 and the work activities that they carry out with work from home, for this, a qualitative approach is applied. , given the behavioral and psychological variables in other literary sources which are framed in the response and reaction of the population to assess the psychosocial risks of the worker and their influence on the productivity of business organizations in the Covid-19 crisis and in the new economic opening, in addition to integrating a section where some guidelines are set out to mitigate the psychological effects and the possible damage to the mental health of individuals. The psychosocial risks that have been most evidenced have been the work at home of women in times of pandemic, because they are one of the people most affected at the level of their mental health, since they are exposed to specific psychosocial risks such as isolation, blurred boundaries between work and family, a higher risk of domestic violence, among others. Also the health personnel who, due to the work and family pressures they experienced, contributed to making this sector one of the most affected by the different psychosocial risks. At the end, the conclusions are presented, which provide recommendations to prevent psychosocial risk inside and outside the labor organizational infrastructure and the references of the sources consulted; in the types of results that were found in this qualitative research we could find can be visualized in the conclusions.
