The objective is aimed at determining in educational organizations how the strategies conceived and management mechanisms focus decision making to promote competitiveness and organizational productivity. The research methodology is descriptive-analytical. It is concluded that educational organizations are in search of efficiency in management where business intelligence (Business Intelligence) has significant value for decision making and positioning in market economies in an efficient, productive and competitive manner.
