    The success of any business organization to achieve the proposed objectives stems from the leadership ability exercised by the founding manager or administrative director over his work group, especially in the face of market adversities, resistance to change and innovations to be implemented. It is striking how certain Colombian companies in the Leather Goods and Footwear sector have been led by their founders from their beginnings to become successful clothing fashion businesses today. And it is that over the years these leaders have been recognized by society not only for their commitment to responsible fashion, but also for being an example of tenacity and an example of entrepreneurship for many young people. The development of this Monograph aims to identify the leadership style(s) exercised by the founders of the Vélez, Bossi and Mario Hernández brands, based on the different leadership theories, with the purpose of identifying the necessary skills or qualities that determine the business venture of the case

    Influencia de los factores de riesgo psicosocial sobre el desempeño laboral en los docentes

    The main objective of this article is to identify the influence of Psychosocial Risk factors on the Labor Performance of teachers in Colombia, where a national and international bibliographic review is presented, which give legitimacy and relevance to this research, once After analyzing these studies, it is determined that psychosocial risk factors, such as work stress, generate low performance in the performance of teachers due to different situations, such as: work hours, functions, family environment, use of free time, conditions of the house, among others. Finally, with this research it was possible to show how Psychosocial Risk factors negatively influence the Labor Performance of teachers, recognizing how they are exposed to the threats and changes that occur daily in the environment; consequently, information was provided to correct faults that had been presented; among them the lack of continuous training plans, low productivity, and absenteeism from work.

    This article arises from the Research project on Business Development and the Influence of innovation and information technologies on the quality of education carried out in the Higher Education Institutions where the authors are linked. The objective is aimed at determining in educational organizations how the strategies conceived and management mechanisms focus decision making to promote competitiveness and organizational productivity. The research methodology is descriptive-analytical. It is concluded that educational organizations are in search of efficiency in management where business intelligence (Business Intelligence) has significant value for decision making and positioning in market economies in an efficient, productive and competitive manner.
