The objective of this research is to determine the psychosocial risk factors risk factors within the working environment in the administrative workers contractors of a Institutions of higher education in the city of Cali, Colombia. The study was carried out in a descriptive way and grouped the information from the application of the questionnaire for the measurement of psychosocial risk form A of the battery of psychosocial risk to 30 administrative workers with the contract for the provision of services, who participate voluntarily in the project. The results of this research broaden the perception of the topic in the Institutions of higher education, and at the same time lead to the development of strategies that strengthen the emotional health of the population under study, mitigating the effects of psychosocial risk within the working environment produced by different situations that occur in the Institutions of higher education.
