It concentrates on having a concept on computer crime in which different positions and authors are accepted, it includes a concept that allows to determine in a general way the conception of computer crime, and a way is also made on the legislative evolution On computer crimes until it reaches Law 1273 of 2009 and proposes a restructuring in the prevention of crimes of this nature.
