Item Análisis del capital y el financiamiento, como aporte para el desarrollo de las pymes industriales Colombia, entre el 2015 y 2017(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Osorio Ortiz, Carlos Alberto; Toro Castellanos, Laura Vanessa; Salazar Cataño, Valentina; Rojas Muñoz, Alfonso LucasThe objective proposed in this document is to analyze capital and financing as a contribution to the development of industrial SMEs in Colombia, Éntre the years 2015 and 2017. Compliance with the overall objective is set in three phases; the first is to establish the financial characteristics of emerging SMEs in the industrial sector during 2015 and 2017; second, the conditions and volume of services of financial institutions providing loans to these industrial enterprises are determined; Finally, the effectiveness of the mechanisms implemented by the governmental entities (local, regional and national), in terms of the gestation and support of SMEs, is identified. The methodology used for the development of this research corresponds to a qualitative approach, descriptive in nature; it systematically responds to the objectives set. Government agencies have undertaken the task of developing programmes to support the business sector in Colombia, including the industrial sector, Given the great potential it represents for the strengthening of the economy in the country, the aim is to stimulate the growth of the companies, therefore, of the economic sectors. Thus, at present, many productive sectors have benefited from the various aids provided by these programmes, including access to finance, export promotion, promotion of innovation and technological development, promotion of entrepreneurship and promotion of formalisation. Without a doubt, all this is reflected in the progress of Colombian companies
