    Spirituality is a dimension of man both biological, psychological and social, related to the capacity for transcendence, summarised in meaning of life, values and belief. The presence of nursing in palliative care is essential to identify the patient's most affected need and thus make a correct intervention helping the patient to strengthen and develop those situations or experiences that he/she considers lost due to the process experienced and thus guarantee integral satisfaction
