In the same way, the good use of physical resources within the operative part generates not only a concern in relation to costs, but also to generate clean and friendly processes with the environment. This project is a Proposed Preventive Maintenance Program based on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), for part of the truck tract fleet of the company Transportes al Mundo SAS, which is proposed as a strategic method standardized, to minimize repair costs and increase productivity. For the development of this investigation, the evaluation of the problems of the maintenance area is proposed, considering the cost, the practicality and the elimination of the dead times, in order to improve in a fast and precise way this area of the company, followed by this, it is proposed to compare and validate information before the company. The vehicles are part of a chain or production line and must be in the best state to comply with the contracts established by the company to generate confidence before its customers. This study proposes the execution of the following actions that will improve the current situation of the maintenance area of the company: perform a general diagnosis of maintenance management, adjust actions to group 1 of trucks and complement with the experiences of those involved in the processes of production and maintenance.
