The research had as a general objective, the realization of the design of the human talent management model to strengthen the skills of the collaborators at the Icomsalud Ips Foundation. The development of the research is descriptive exploratory type describing the attributes of the foundation, its problems related to human management, the causes that originated the situation analyzed. The focus of study is qualitative, the method of inquiry is deductive, this allowed us to infer new knowledge not developed in the foundation. The conclusion is achieved by carrying out an organizational diagnosis, proposing a human management model that is in progress and it is hoped to obtain the best results seeking to strengthen the foundation's competencies.Item Medición del clima laboral en la institución prestadora de salud (I.P.S.) Montebello para el año 2017(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Suarez Rojas, Angie Dubelly; De la Cruz Devia, Gaspar; Duque Ceballos, Jose LuisThe present research work measurement of the climate work in the institution lender of health (IPS) Montebello left the question what the working environment at the institution, health provider (IPS) Montebello, measured by an index? And had as objective to build an index that allows the management of talent human of the institution lender of health (IPS) Montebello, measure the work climate through an index. The development of research is qualitative, quantitative and descriptive, since he measured, assessed, and will analyze conditions of working environment of 30 officials of the Montebello IPS. The instrument used was measured six (6) factors through 30 questions that evaluated the work climate. The factors were: motivation, objectives and goals, communication, leadership, productivity and results management of human capital Working environment measurement results, showed that factors are met in high grade which explains the average score of 4.1 measurement index.
