    Percepción del egresado de enfermería sobre la formación en la Universidad Santiago de Cali durante el período 2018 a 2024

    This degree project aims to analyze how graduates of the nursing program at the University of Santiago de Cali perceive the academic training they received and its suitability for the current job market. To achieve this, a cross-sectional descriptive study will be conducted using a questionnaire to evaluate various aspects of the training, including expectations, teaching methods, learning resources, job placement, and the impact on the graduates' professional and personal profiles.
