These types of disorders can be as mild as occasional pain or as serious as a specific disease clearly diagnosed. Among the biomechanical risk factors we find repetitive movements, prolonged postures and muscular overload, among others. There are several methods to identify the biomechanical risk, among them OCRA whose purpose is to determine the risk according to the physical burden of the tasks, to categorize it and prioritize the risk intervention actions.
