    Tax evasion is based on labor matters in Colombia. The objective of this investigation is to analyze the tax evasion of labor matters in Colombia. This research was carried out based on documents in electronic databases. The results of this investigation indicate that tax evasion in Colombia is one of the taxes that most worries the tax authority. This shows the attitude of people towards the obligation in labor matters by the employer
