Like, a diagnosis was made from the inside of the company showing the factors that allowed the improvement plan to be carried out organizational culture, thus generating a positive change for the company where the research was carried out, based on management commitment and organizational changes that must be made in order to reach a results company with staff focused on leadership, motivation and assertive communication
