The increase in demand for systematizing processes, in order to expedite the performance of activities and reduce their costs, has led small and large companies to create and implement information systems that allow controlling and managing all these activities. Therefore, this document presents an application of the concepts of data collection and analysis, process reengineering, software engineering and agile methodologies, in order to describe the processes, tools and actors involved, which interact with each other. , related to the management and control of classrooms of the Department of University Services at the University of Santiago de Cali, this is done in order to provide a basis for the formulation and design of a prototype management-oriented information system and control of processes that can be systematized. At the end of the project you will have the design of a tool that supports the daily activities carried out by the staff of the Department of University Services, to carry out the formulation of the prototype design, a methodological structure will be applied that will be the work tool throughout the project life cycle
