Item Influencia de los factores de riesgo psicosocial sobre el desempeño laboral en los docentes(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2021) Ledesma Grisales, Karolina; Sierra Lozano, Maria Isabel; Villa Cadena, Danyi Paola; Vargas, Lina Marcela (Directora)The main objective of this article is to identify the influence of Psychosocial Risk factors on the Labor Performance of teachers in Colombia, where a national and international bibliographic review is presented, which give legitimacy and relevance to this research, once After analyzing these studies, it is determined that psychosocial risk factors, such as work stress, generate low performance in the performance of teachers due to different situations, such as: work hours, functions, family environment, use of free time, conditions of the house, among others. Finally, with this research it was possible to show how Psychosocial Risk factors negatively influence the Labor Performance of teachers, recognizing how they are exposed to the threats and changes that occur daily in the environment; consequently, information was provided to correct faults that had been presented; among them the lack of continuous training plans, low productivity, and absenteeism from work.
