Item Pasos en la elaboración de un modelo financiero para empresas del sector servicios(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2018) Sepulveda Montoya, Claudia PatriciaThis research work is based on suggesting in a general way the steps that must be taken into account when preparing a financial model that allows obtaining profitability projections of the resources invested in a financial project in a period of time determined. The steps are created in the elaboration of a financial model of a company in the services sector, in order to satisfy the need of those who wish to consult a document that allows them in a simple and general way to know the elements to be taken into account in the structuring of the financial information for the elaboration of a financial model. For the realization of this document, we start from existing information about models of financial projections, consulting the general information applying to the creation of a financial model in a company in the services sector.
