One 2 Of The Objectives That We Want To Embrace In This Article ¬Is To Reduce The Consequences On An Emotional Level, Through An Informative Approach To Health Personnel Who Are Vulnerable To Such Situations As A Way To Reduce And Help This Situation. The Role Of A Health Professional In Colombian Society Has Been Seen As A Job Where They Are Only Responsible For Saving Lives And Providing Well-Being, However These Personnel Face Various Issues Such As Stress, Anxiety, Fatigue In Shifts Extensive Work And Without Leaving Aside An Inappropriate Work Environment For Which It Is Required To Develop Social And Psychological Skills That Are Necessary For The Attention And Assertive Resolution Of All Types Of Events.
