Item Desconocimiento y omisión del consentimiento informado en el derecho a morir dignamente en Colombia para niños, niñas y adolescentes 2018(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2018) Rubio Ramos, Mayra Alejandra; Álvarez Viera, PedroThe children of Colombia did not have the constitutional protection provided since 2014 when the constitutional court ordered the Ministry of Health that within a period not exceeding six months to regulate everything necessary in relation to euthanasia as a medical procedure authorized by the entities health providers for the affiliates of the system. Objective: to determine the components that highlight the importance of informed consent in the right to die with dignity in Colombia applied to children and adolescents Methodology: it was based on carrying out a search of articles, books, sentences, films, using dignified death as a key word from the different philosophical, political, cultural and religious perspectives that allow a broad approach to the subject and future arguments of the author. Result: Judgment analysis and concepts Conclusion: The proposal was prepared in compliance with judgment T-544 of 2017, in which the Constitutional Court ordered the Ministry "the urgent issuance of the regulation that guarantees the right to death worthy of the children and adolescents.
