This teaching methodology facilitates the integration of theoretical knowledge with practice, allowing students to learn from trial and error, reduce the probability of injury to patients and experience situations as close to reality as possible. Method: Quantitative study in 220 students from fourth to tenth semester of the physiotherapy program of a higher education institution in the city of Cali-Colombia, which identifies the level of satisfaction with clinical simulation in students during the first semester of the year 2021. A google questionnaire was used for sociodemographic characterization and the Spanish version of the scale “encuesta de calidad y satisfacción de simulación clínica” adapted by Durá Ros in 1998.
