Item Percepción de los enfermeros sobre el dolor en niños como una constante vital(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Romero Daza, Aura Lizeth; Mena Rodríguez, Marian Gisela; Ortega Arce, Dina CarmenzaIn this research, an integrative review of several scientific articles is carried out through different free-use databases of the University Of Santiago De Cali between 2015 and 2019, related to nurses' perception of pain in children as a vital constant. In order to seek new contributions and knowledge for the benefit of children and nurses to propose better health care. A descriptive matrix (Annex 1) was constructed in Word format containing fourteen articles. The American Pain Association considers pain as a fifth vital sign: Vital signs are always attached great importance. If the pain were considered with the same relevance with which other vital signs are assumed, it would have many more opportunities to be adequately addressed by health personnel in an integral way.
