Item Modelo de gestión del conocimiento para la empresa Cosmeticos Kleer S.A.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Rodriguez Valencia, Claudia Andrea; Yañez Cruz, Dany Alexander; Hurtado Ayala AndreaKnowledge Management (GC) is an organizational philosophy that emerges in the 1990s, where some companies from the United States and Sweden begin conceptualizing this philosophy, in order to create value to the organization through knowledge and skills of the human resource that compose it. There are several theories that support the philosophy of KM, each model has characteristics that differentiate it by making the individual from his work place can generate added value to the organization, with the purpose of acquiring better economic benefits for shareholders, generating value for the stakeholders and the positioning of the company at a general level. Its foundation and implementation decision lies in the important evidence that emerges as an economic value reflected as an intangible or immaterial business asset of difficult estimation. Nonetheless, the recognition of human potential is vital, which has become a key factor ensuring sustainability over time and business competitiveness. In the first part, the most relevant models of the G.C and its main characteristics, taken from the most representative authors in recent years, are presented. The above based on the publications made by these researchers and their research work. To determine the particularities that lead to identify the characteristics to be implemented in the model for the company of cosmetics KLEER, its development of a survey as a research tool and through the method of deductive study, the way to continue to constitute the proposal of a model that fits the particularities of the organization under study. The model aims to influence the business and competitive development of the company "Cosmetics KLEER", generating in managers and other officials motivations to acquire and strengthen skills, skills and thereby effectively perform delegated work in the rol that meets each member in the organization; to promote the efficient management of resources, supporting the innovation of products and processes, while recognizing the importance of the objectives set for sustainable development and growth in the market.
