Coping plays a fundamental role in psychological and emotional wellbeing, as it influences how we perceive and respond to difficulties. Some approaches seek to solve the problem directly, while others focus on regulating emotions or even temporarily avoiding the situation. The family is a fundamental pillar in people's lives and plays a key role in how they cope with challenges and stressful situations.
