Item Análisis de sistemas de respuesta comunitaria a emergencia, aplicables al área rural del corregimiento de Salónica como modelo de intervención en salud: Revisión de alcance(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Rincon Vanegas, Jonny Andres; Forero Corral, Jousetp (Director)Salónica, is a population located in the rural area of the Municipality of Riofrio, to the southwest on the slope of the Western Cordillera, its main source of economy lies in the planting and use of coffee as an organic crop, pig farming and poultry production, in the sector there is a health post, police station and Volunteer Fire Department. The use of tools such as Machetes, Hoes, Scythe, among others; cause accidents that constantly take lives and affect the health of those who suffer it, the dispersed rural areas of the Corregimiento do not have health centers, thus leaving only the attention to the health post located within the town, added to the above the community does not generate any care response for injured or sick people, so research is carried out on the existence of rural pre-hospital care models in which the community is its main actor, this is how the compilation of fifteen (15 ) articles among which reviews, research papers and models of rural emergency care are observed, of the articles mentioned at the author's discretion, three (3) are chosen for analysis; the way to analyze them is by comparing their structures and subsequent comparison with the demographic, geographical and institutional characteristics of Thessaloniki. Once the articles chosen by the author have been reviewed, it is evident that from the models applied in different geographical areas, the populations in which said intervention model was applied present similarities in their social and demographic characteristics, which would make it feasible to implement a method similar in the Corregimiento de Salónica that presents similar characteristics in terms of population, Geography, and economic factor. The care of injuries by the people who make up the intervention models generated a great impact on mortality and morbidity in these populations. In the three models analyzed, the importance of the support of relief institutions or medical emergency systems was determined, for the training, motivation and training of the people who are part of said models, in order to generate communities suitable for care and Dare them to get to motivate those who still do not find the clear reasons to be part of this initiative; It is advisable to continue with the process of analysis, formation and implementation of a health emergency care model, in which the community of the rural area of Thessaloniki is involved.
