For the aforementioned reasons, an investigation of legal nature of administrative silence, taking into consideration that it is a controversial and fast-moving legal figure that has its origin in the delay and inertia of public servants in responding promptly to requests and requirements that associates make to the public administration, giving rise to its recurrent and inadequate interpretation and application to the detriment of what should be the factual sense of our legal system that is to advocate for the defense, promotion and preeminence of the rights of associates.
