    Beneficios en la implementación de los Sistemas de Gestión de la Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo en el sector de la salud

    Safety and Meath at Word (OSH) is an approach to the prevention of labor risks that requires contributions of management systems in safety and health at work in the prevention of these. However the work has brought the exposure to different situations capable of causing occupational injuries and illnesses, even the death to workers. This is why the objective of this study is to analyze the benefits in the implementation of management systems of safety and health at work in companies in the health sector, and in turn to ensure a safe work environment preventing the accidents and reducing the number of injured.

    Efecto positivo de la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y la Salud en el Trabajo en el prestigio de las organizaciones en el sector de la construcción en Colombia

    The objective of this article is to analyze the positive effect of the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system on the prestige of organizations in the construction sector in Colombia. At the methodological level, a descriptive type of study is used, as well as techniques for collecting information, the bibliographic review is used, which collects data from official documents of entities such as the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, Ministry of Labor, in addition to statistics issued by the Administrators of Labor Risks (A.R.L.). Approaching the implementation of the SGSST from the human talent management implies an improvement in terms of productivity, given that a safe environment leads to improved productive activities affecting the performance of different positions. The implications of the implementation of an SGSST are different; on the one hand the numbers of accidents, morbidity and mortality are reduced, which reduces days of incapacity and derived costs in health. On the other hand, it avoids legal sanctions for non-compliance with SGL legislation, increases productivity, while motivating and committing workers. Similarly, the consolidation of safe environments thanks to the SGSST allows companies to have an image of social responsibility with their workers and the different collaborators.

    Ergonomía como riesgo laboral y su impacto en el sector industrial

    This article shows the occupational risks that the employees of the industrial sector face because of ergonomic issues, like for posture, repetitive moves, long working days, among other activities to which they are exposed everyday in their workplace. Different events are being investigated in order to evaluate the multiple impacts that ergonomics has and its workplace hazards in the industrial sector due to it is possible to identify that health and safety at jobs are not relevant for some organizations. That is why it is expected to show all the risks and consequences with the intention of giving more importance to the problem in all sectors. The main objective of this research is to highlight the problem of poor implementation of physical ergonomics and the lack of information that people have about the risks to which they are exposed to in the daily life, and in this way to be able to make improvement plans, awareness campaigns and recreational spaces seeking the employees well-being and a better quality of life in their workplace.
