The effectiveness of such agile projects is analyzed, making a comparison with traditional project management methods. On the other hand, the challenges and opportunities that arise as a result of the implementation of agile projects in companies are evaluated, seeking new, efficient and improved ways to carry out their projects. Likewise, in this article, the best practices and tools used in the management of agile projects are reviewed, taking a tour of the cultural and team differences, in the adoption of them, in different countries and regions and in the same sense, reference is made to the adaptability and scalability of these projects in companies, evaluating the way they do it, as there is an integration of these with other project management approaches and agile methodologies. The Methodology used in this article will be based on two types: Qualitative and Quantitative. The reason why this type of methodology is chosen is because not only data is collected, but it is also quantified in order to measure it and obtain answers to the questions poseddetect and thus generate answers to the questions posed. A quantitative and qualitative comparison of the data of the projects carried out by means of a survey and an interview will be carried out on both the agile and the traditional methods, to identify significant differences in terms of time, budget, customer satisfaction and other key indicators of success. Finally, it is analyzed how agile projects impact companies economically and financially.
