The market also offers different types of surgical garments such as reusable and disposable and although both types of garments must and can comply with the regulations and characteristics necessary for their use, these, due to their different conditions present different processes in terms of their care, use and elaboration. The research presents a detailed description of these types of surgical garments determining the benefits, advantages, safety and procedures of both and thus determine which is more beneficial taking into account aspects such as patient safety, environment, economy and productivity.
