Item Innovación en SST norma ISO 45001(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Prado Lopez, Eliana; Castañeda Iglesias, Fabián; Alvarez Botero, GermanCompanies and employers must implement the 45001 rule in a sequential and progressive manner, as a national and international standard, it must be assumed with a mandatory character and compliance criteria for all companies, implementing the creation of a Health and Safety Management System at Work (SG-SST) that guarantees the conditions and work environment conducive to performance. Having as a background the decree 1072 of 2015, where it admits to know statistics according to the reports carried out by companies to the different (ARL) in 45001 it complements and covers several regulations such as 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015, achieving greater control and reduction of occupational accidents, reduction of environmental impacts, saving of inputs and resources, increase of the quality of products and services, reduction of failures in the productive and administrative processes, standardization process consistency, greater control over organization information, planning optimization, conclusion as an international application standard, gives us the opportunity to implement it in our country and make improvements in our companies to achieve quality standards and safety systems at work providing beneficial not so much for companies but also for employees
