Item Posturas de la corte constitucional al entorno a la calidad de persona del nasciturus en contraste con las teorías más representativas de la genética y bioética.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2016) Posso Mendoza, Olga Lucia; Jaramillo Rojas, Carlos AlbertoThe developed research process is geared to the legal debate on the unborn child, so that in that sense proceeded to abocar closely, the current positions of the contrasting Constitutional Court theories corresponding to the exponents and the most representative theories Genetics and Bioethics act as support the recognition of the personhood of the unborn child. In order to cover this object of knowledge, the positions mentioned by the Constitutional Court were studied from the jurisprudential line, also focusing on the genetic and bioethical theories of three distinguished scientists: Jerome Lejeune, Angelo Serra and Jean Rostand. Argumentative crossing in either direction indicate the existence of an abysmal polarity between both scenaries, being then absolutely necessary to confront under the dialogue of legal scientificity and biological and genetic scientificity.
