Item Sintomatología musculoesquelética en trabajadores de la planta de producción en una empresa de iluminarías en la ciudad de Santiago de Cali, durante el periodo 2016-2017(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Pineda Cuero, Javier Francisco; Cárdenas Jaramillo, JeimmyWith the purpose of determining the Musculoskeletal Symptomatology in workers of the Production Plant in a lighting company in the city of Santiago de Cali, during the period 2016-2017, a study was carried out an investigation is of a descriptive type that consisted, in characterizing a specific phenomenon indicating its most peculiar features in a population of 39 employees working in the Production Plant. The instrument was applied the Nordic Questionnaire of Kuorinka and the Functional Tests, by the researcher Javier Francisco Pineda Cuero, to 100% of the operators who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. 58% of the population under study reported symptoms at the neck level. On the left shoulder 24%, 18% on the right shoulder and 4% on both shoulders. 55% in the Dorso-Lumbar region. 12% in the Right Elbow-Forearm, and the Left Elbow-Forearm, only 1% reported pain in both Elbow-Forearms. 15% in the Left Hand Wrist, 12% in the Right Hand Wrist, and only 9% reported symptomatology in both Hand Wrists. 21% in the Left Hip-Knee, 18% in the Right Hip-Knee and 15% manifested this symptomatology in both Hip-Knee. 18% in the Right Leg-Ankle-Foot, with a similar percentage (18%) in the Contralateral Leg-Ankle-Foot and only 3% had symptoms in both Leg-Ankle-Feet. According to the correlation between the great symptomatology manifestation and the little or limited Positive Functional Tests, it follows that the cases where the Functional Tests were positive in the personnel of the Production Plant participating in the present study there is an incidence of Musculoskeletal Disorders in early stages without due therapeutic or preventive management; but it can also be established that in workers with evidence Negative and Pain Paresthesia, Fatigue, Rigidity Weakness, Algic or Allergic Attitude, has not become a Musculoskeletal Pathology, or there is a Somatization process triggered by Labor Stress, derived from the intensity, continuity, duration of the Labor Day, and the Work Environment.
