    Influencia del liderazgo en el clima organizacional en las empresas

    This research is a systematic review article whose purpose was to describe the influence of leadership on the organizational climate of companies. For this reason, an exhaustive and thorough search was carried out for thirty (30) investigations on the subject published between 2018 and 2024. The following elements were extracted from these investigations: definition of leadership and organizational climate, leadership styles, organizational climate variables, and influence of leadership on the organizational climate. The results show that democratic and transformational leadership is preferable to foster a favorable climate, since workers feel more satisfied, committed, loyal and motivated to work if they can have autonomy in their activities and participate in decision-making.
