Item Fortalecimiento empresarial en la fundación de recicladores Ser Ambiental de la ciudad de Cali, basados en el decreto 596 de 2016 – fase 4(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2025) Paz Illera, Hugo Johan; Riascos Mina, Lesinton (Director)This article presents a research project that addresses the shortcomings in strategic planning of an association of informal recyclers in the city of Cali, starting from a characterization and diagnosis of this organization and its members in order to identify weaknesses, opportunities, strengths, and threats, taking into account the working conditions, training, and social aspects of the associates. Based on this information, strategies will be designed and implemented through activities, schedules, and mechanisms for monitoring and measurement, in accordance with the parameters required in Phase 4 of Decree 596 of 2016 of the city of Cali. In this way, the organization will be strengthened, improving its capacity to grow, compete, and achieve long-term success.
