Item Estrategias educativas utilizadas por los profesionales de enfermería en el ámbito hospitalario y comunitario: revisión de alcance(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Niño Velasco, Maira Alejandra; Osorio Montoya, Leidy Johanna; Parra Meneses, Jhojan David; Barrero Castro, AndreaThe different changes and an increasingly demanding environment has brought with it transformations in the different areas which impose new challenges on the Nursing profession, leading it to transform the focus on care, towards a professional capable and suitable for practicing holistic care, aimed at the development of different strategies that integrate prevention, information and education for communities. The general objective of this study was to identify the educational strategies used by Nursing Professionals in hospital and community settings, through a systematic literature review. Through the application of the PRISMA protocol, the article classification and selection process was carried out, the search was carried out in the Dialnet, Scopus, ScienceDirect, Pubmed, Springer and academic Google databases, combining different keywords such as: Nursing, Nursing strategies, Educational strategies, Community. Finally, through critical reading, 35 articles were selected. Results: it was found that 70% of the studies are qualitative and 30% quantitative, the nursing professional develops educational strategies taking into account their role in health care and/or development of activities through competencies in : multicultural nursing, humanistic nursing, family care nursing, radiological nursing, palliative care nursing. In this way, the nursing care process towards the patient seeks to provide a greater state of well-being. Conclusions: the nursing professional can actively contribute to improving the well-being of people, by formulating strategies to promote healthy habits and/or behaviors, strengthening the knowledge that allows adopting care and self-care practices towards disease prevention
