Item Implementación norma técnica sectorial NTS TS 003 versión 2018 en la Agencia de Viajes guiaplanet SAS(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Parra Chica, Diana Carolina; Alzate Sanchez, Gustavo Adolfo; Ramos Daza, Andrés Felipe; Villar Uribe, Ana MaríaThis project develops the implementation of the Colombian Sectoral Technical Standard NTS TS 003 in the GUIAPLANET travel agency, the implementation was developed following the PHVA cycle, the type of study is of an application - experimental order, the standard already exists what allowed us to apply it to practice to determine its functionality. The order of development of the implementation was given in the following points: initial diagnosis, schedule of GANTT activities, required documents, a model was developed to promote and disseminate good sustainable practices and employee training was carried out. In the initial diagnosis, a 23% compliance with the requirements was evidenced, at the end of the project a 97% compliance was achieved, the remaining 3% to be implemented corresponds to participating or providing support in conservation activities and advancing actions to promote among the customers buy products made in the region. The methodology implemented during the development of the project was the one given since the results obtained exceeded expectations. The company obtained compliance with the requirements of the NTS TS 003 standard applicable in 5 months and all the objectives proposed in this project were met.
