Item Importancia de la aplicación de primeros auxilios psicológicos en emergencias y desastres en Latinoamérica entre los años 2010 y 2020(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Carabali Mina, Dilian Carolina; Ospina Villarreal, Darwin Alexis; Lucio Herrera, Sara Maria (Directora)This bibliography review monograph was carried out with the aim of demonstrating the importance of the application of Psychological First Aid in emergency and disaster situations; the study was carried out through the documentary analysis of 16 articles published between 2010 and 2020, whose subject of study was emergency psychology or the application of psychological first aid. The results obtained indicate that in the bibliographic review carried out, 25% of the articles were carried out in 2010, followed by 2019 with 18.75%, on the other hand with respect to the countries of publication the places where the most articles were found were in Chile with 25%, followed by Argentina and Peru with 18.75% each. And finally, compared to the type of study, almost all of the articles were bibliographically reviewed with 93.75% Regarding emergency psychology, it was found that in Colombia it is not established as a line of research, and in many cases it is not even considered as part of the curricular structure of Prehospital Care programs; therefore, the relevance and study of PAPs in the country is still limited.
