Item Plan de negocios para la creación de una IPS en seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la Ciudad de Popayán(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Martínez Arboleda, Tatiana; Ospina Caicedo, Laura Vanessa; Bedoya, María TeresaSafety and Health at Work today is one of the most important management tools for improving the quality of life of workers in an organization, it is widely used in all sectors, generating great benefits as prevention of occupational diseases , healthy work environments and reduced costs generated by accidents; It is very effective when it is focused on the generation of a safety culture geared to productivity, development of human talent, quality management, process improvement and adequate job conditions. The health sector in Colombia in recent years has been noted with multiple deficiencies in the system, therefore it is necessary to find necessary mechanisms and creations of high quality services that make up an IPS in the field of OSH . Taking into account the above, a proposal is presented for the implementation of an institution providing services in the area of occupational safety and health, where the aptitude of the worker is issued through the normative and legal part, through the corresponding tests , on which the conditions for the entrance of the collaborators to a company are determined, managing to take care and promote healthy lifestyles to all the human talent.
