The consequences that Organizational Communication problems can cause are investigated and presented, an opportunity that the company has to solve them. It is clear that the operation of the company as a member of human society is possible thanks to communication, consisting of the exchange of messages between the people who integrate it and with whom they are related. We wanted to know and analyze the different approaches in the important communication process, looking for ways to make it more and more effective in the company.
