Item “Diseño de la estructura administrativa de un consultorio empresarial orientado a las pymes del sector salud de Santiago de Cali en la u.s.c.”(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Ortiz Castillo, Edu Fernando; Burbano Cerón, José MaríaIn order to solve problems, solve needs and mitigate low or bad results based on action plans, projections and objectives set out in the different SMEs in the health sector in the city of Cali; The administrative structure of a business consulting office presented to these aforementioned SMEs was designed. To do this, it focused on the type of descriptive research taking into account the perception of the target public. Hence the importance of using the deductive research method that, due to its purpose and DNA, allows starting from frequent general aspects in the health sector to more specific and particular situations that arise in the SMEs of said sector under study in the city of Cali. Thus, as with the application, analysis and tabulation of the surveys, the critical variables and main factors that affect competitiveness in the market in this sector were undoubtedly identified, and then the administrative structure of the business consulting room at the University was created. Santiago de Cali, together with a portfolio of business services that lead to joint and leveraged work both publicly and privately to mitigate and reduce competitiveness factors that due to ignorance or omission, affect the optimal development that should be expected from discharge management and administration of these companies. In this way, the formulation of the portfolio of services for the business office greatly helped to identify the highest needs of each SME and to focus efforts to solve them and optimize the tools used.
